“After return from a lengthy trip, we found our AC unit was not keeping up and the house was getting hotter. As it was one of the hottest days of the year, we didn't have much hope of resolution on a Friday night. “David and his team did a great job, from start to finish, in replacing my old water heater with a heat pump hot water heater. The older heater was beyond its useful life and actually a risk to my household. David recognized that and that information. After establishing that I should remove the old water heater, I had several questions about what technology I should install to replace it. David was knowledgeable about unit efficiency, water volume, federal and utility rebates, and several other relevant topics. David provided me more than a few quotes on different types of water heaters and let me choose the best one for my needs.
