“The team was really helpful. Sadaf immediately helped me get on the schedule when my AC broke late on a Sunday night, and again at midnight during the week. Both times they got me back to normal in less than a day. David helped get my home taken care of for my family and was great with all my pets. He was pleasant, fixed my problems quickly, and explained everything as many times as I asked. He even gave me some advice to watch for in the coming years so I can plan for service in the future. “David and his team did a great job, from start to finish, in replacing my old water heater with a heat pump hot water heater. The older heater was beyond its useful life and actually a risk to my household. David recognized that and that information. After establishing that I should remove the old water heater, I had several questions about what technology I should install to replace it. David was knowledgeable about unit efficiency, water volume, federal and utility rebates, and several other relevant topics. David provided me more than a few quotes on different types of water heaters and let me choose the best one for my needs. I'd recommend Comfort Defender to anyone looking for plumbing and HVAC service. I know I will use Comfort Defender in the future.”
