“Wow, very, very good experience. Highly recommend. I was desperate because I did not have AC for 11 days in July. Because other local companies were not available or could not get the parts. I called the manufacturer (Trane) for help and they recommended Comfort Defender, I called and they were here and had my evaporator coil installed the SAME DAY. I live in VA and Comfort Defender had to drive to Maryland to purchase my replacement coil. Then I learned my compressor was bad and they made a special effort to locate that part and had it installed the very next day. They are very good at what they do, they are professional, efficient, organized and on top of that they have great pricing. All around good experience. TEN STARS.”
